Default what could cause a clicking/clunky sound

when i apply pressure to the brakes?

it is only happening in the fronts. it does not matter if i am pushing the brakes soft or hard.

running mintex red box and rotors replaced about 5,000 miles ago.

lose lugs, pad not seated correctly, pad material separation...

also your control arms or worn suspension. I am having those sounds from the back right now. New coilovers go on in the AM.
