Thanks everyone for the support. Here is an update
I was talking to an investigative engineer at my company who is involved in accident reconstructiona nd insurance claims. He told me that usually the advanced green ends and 2 seconds later the light turns green going the other way. That would mean this cab turned about 3 or 4 seconds after his advanced green light ended. Which would result in an inproper turn or something like that. Unfortuantly I have no witnesses, as nobody pulled over or was ont he street.
And a kickin the ***** was the $60 parking ticket I got when i was taking the cabbies information. I think I may ahve to fight that one
