passing Drive Clean...
Your cars should all pass driveclean easily..
I means if this (with over 500,000 Km on it):

Passes easily, then your 'new' cars shoudln't have a problem at all.. :-)

There's a place on Warden south of 401 that exclusively does DC's. Emmission Check
It's first come first serve...sometimes the wait is long, but your car is always visible.

Yup...standardized price. I got a Penzoil Oil Change place, stand and chat with the guy doing it
Our cars are so easy, they don't have to do anything but test the cap and idle test. In and out in no time.
