Driving to Alma tomorrow: what's the best route from Mtl?

Driving to Alma tomorrow: what's the best route from Mtl?
MS Streets and trips says to go through Quebec City then 175 and 169, with an estimated 5:30 driving time.
I see that if I take the 155 in Trois Rivi?res, it looks like the we cut 10-20kms from our route.
Anyone drive to the lake care to give me some advise? We are not looking for any scenery drive here, it's a business trip.
