A friend had an aftermarket ballast go out on him, anyone know of somewhere that...
you can buy a single ballast(preferably online in Canada) and are there any potential problems with using ballasts which are different brands? I have found pairs of replacement ballasts for about $100, is this maybe the best way to go?

The brand is Klight ES-8000 but I haven't had much luck finding anyone selling the same brand.
