I saw this on ebay, looks sketchy but its cheaper. If just the plastic is cracked, can i simply replace the shell?? OEM# 8D0807103DGRU and here is the ebay link. what do you think?

And just replace the skin. That's what you'd do with most aftermarket bumpers.

As for your Ebay link, there are no pics as to which bumper it is. Is it the S4 or A4 bumper?

I've done this. If you end up doing this, get a hold of me, i'll save you hours of perplexing hassle. Hint : lots of rivets in not obvious places!

I had no idea what I was doing, it got shipped to me without the rectangular reinforcement so I had to rip it out of mine and re-attach it.

There are pleny of people who have upgraded their bumpers who may have bumper cover's lying around - not sure how many S4 though.

You may want to check with the wreckers/body shops in town. I seem to recall 427 auto collision was able to source one.

From the looks of yours you may be able to get it re-fused - definately take it to a body shop.
