Is the Panny BD55 (not the cheaper BD35) for $350+tax a good deal?

Good thing I didn't wait for the replies before I got it.
Same HDTV Electronics stores on Warden south of Steeles that Tanner had previously mentioned.
I was looking for the Panny BD35 there but they were sold out, so that's the deal I was offered. I think I ended up with the last unit they have for BD55 too, because I couldn't see another box there, unless they have some hiding in the back.
