That's not the same thing, it's a hobby, it's a track car. I don't buy an SUV or pick up just to...
Use it as my principal car to get around in.
Pick ups and SUVs for people that need them for work issues are OK in my book but not for soccer moms.

I like it that you say "in my book", and that's exactly it. We all like different things...
I personally wouldn't get one, but that doesn't mean I'm going to criticize people that get them.
I know that ladies in particular like this type of car because they get to sit high, and there's no way that they'll change their mind. They are fixated on this!
I believe we'll do really well with them. It is a place in the industry where we had to presence.

What I'm saying is these trucks are suposed to be "utility" vehicles ans as such were designed...
For work in mind and not to be used as a principal means of transportation or family car by soccer moms or dads.
They are higher with a higher centre of gravity. They tens to "roll over" in side crashes. Again because of the higher C of G the don't handle as well as regular cars.
Because of their weight, 5000-6000 or even close to 7000lbs the burn gas like crazy and again because of their weigh inflict a lot of damages to other smaller cars on the road when in an accident.
I'm just saying that in this day and age aside from people that really need them as utility vehicles to actually work with, do we really need them?
I'm not criticizing anyone, just wondering out loud.
