Man you guys are hard on David :>)
They will replace the motor and the car will be back together again. I kinda feel bad for the guy, he was telling the techs at McGrath for weeks about the check alternator warning light and they kept telling him nothing was wrong, now the motor blew, sounds like he had a cam pulley or something go and they missed it.

no Tim.....he's getting exactly what he deserves....he's an absolute......
@$$hole....and not liked here on this board.....his behavior on the track and driving on the street gives eveyone that drives an Audi a bad name.......we, as a group, are an excellent judge of character.....and his character is the suxor...8^)

I wasn't judging, criticizing, ridiculing, revelling in his misfortune or anything else. Just
pointing out an unfortunate situation from someone in the Chicagoland community.
I missed that ABCC D.E. weekend a year ago so I didn't get to experience him first hand like some others did. (Greg's assessment of the situation was the best!) I did however read some of his posts and am amused. I'll just leave it at that.
