McGrath and the Audi Exchange

I'm in the market for an A5. It's time to retire my 2004 A6 2.7T S line. I'm looking for recommendations for sales people to work with at either McGrath or the Audi Exchange. The person I used to work with at the Audi Exchange is no longer there.

Doesn't anybody out there have someone they like to work with at McGrath or the Audi Exchange?

Car dealers

I just bought a new TT from McGrath - worked with Gabriel Orelove - was a good guy an seemed to be fair and honest (as much as a car dealer can be). Have had all my service work done there for the last four years - no problems or issues.
Bought five cars at the Exchange and used their service for years but switched to McGrath as it now closer to my office - no problems there either.

Wish I could help. I boght mine used at Westmont Audi. Good prices and the sales guy was good. I would only buy from them due to price. I service mine at Continental in Naperville. Service department is top notch in my opinion. I would buy my cars from there, but they seem to want an extra $1-2k for no reason at all.

I worked for several years with Fred Downey at the Exchange. He's not there any more. There was another guy who seemed impressive -- I think his name was Jason. He's not there any more. I spoke with a sales guy from the Exchange on the phone yesterday and he couldn't have been less helpful. I've had good feelings about my discussions with Harold Grant from McGrath -- but he seems very hard to reach. Ugh!

If you are still in the market, Viktor at Continental in Naperville. Custom ordered my '09 with him and it was as smooth as an order and delivery could be. Very knowledgeable!

I bought my Q5 from Harold Grant at McGrath. He was very helpful, and even had good follow-up after the sale. When I took delivery, he spent over an hour going through all of the car's features. I had done my research, but he showed me a few things that I didn't know about.

He's not at The Exchange anymore because he's at McGrath--bought my A4 from him in November and my brother in law bought from him in January. Good guy--very laid back and not pushy.
