Default Chicago area dealer service?

I'm looking at getting a new Audi. Which dealers have the best service departments while the car is under warranty. Is there a recommended local service advisor?

I’ve been super happy with Audi Exchange in Highland Park. Probably the best dealership service I’ve encountered.

I need to recover the Bose sound after MMI update (forgot to uncheck Bose), specifically to parameterize 47 Sound system. Now, the control module has stopped working due to missing parameters. Using SVM tool it should take few minutes to get this done.

Service advisor refused to do this, and told me they will need to update MMI for $580. After wasting time and money, I got nothing in return.
