not the whole car itself, just car parts, like brake kits and stuff.
 

the stasis kit would be a good example, since some parts are originally made in england, shipped for work in america, then back here to the consumer.

If I understand correctly you'll need volume 2 of "The Tariff" to see the actual duty rate for the items you want to import.
