Default Flywheel on the crank shaft breaking apart

Hello,

Today I encountered a sad quality issue with my Audi A8 model D4 3.0TDI from 2011. I drove off and the flywheel that runs the power steering, airco pump etc just broke off. Luckily I was driving slow. I found the wheel on top of the engine. Had I been driving on the highway I could have killed myself or someone else driving in my vicinity, with the wheel braking through the hood or bouncing off the highway....anyone had similar experience? I am to hold Audi responsible for this AND have them call back all Audi A8's wth a similar flywheel. Any tips on how to reach out to them securing further risks with this one? My mileage is 255.000 Kms, no other big issues with my car apart from the memory of the driver seat failing after 200k.

Looking forward to your responses!

Thanks
Marc from Nls
