Audi allroad 2001 2.7
Hi there,
I just "unwittingly" bought an Audi,
160K on the clock, flexpipe farting and the transmission (auto) playing up. Otherwise that car is in near new condition - I paid $1000 Canadian - because the owner at that point was crying because of the service bills she kept on facing and she begged me to take the car... So right now not too invested but willing to give this a try. or part out get money back move on...
Any option of getting a manual transmission fitted?
Symptoms: Shifts ok, slight rukkle when shifting up in "4" selection setting on gear ****, but in D - drive at 40km/h shifting down its harsh. 2 gear I believe...
I will start by changing the Solenoids all 7 of them and clean out the Trans fluid.
Q: What transfluid would you guys recommend - how much of it?
What else could be the problem?
all input welcome
Cheers
Not worried about the flexpipe - will figure that out when time comes lol.

Transmission fluid is well documented and if you use the search you'll find what others have used.
