Small but great event in PA weekend of Oct 2,3,4. open to all audi and vdub heads. camping, bon fires, booze, group drive, food and awesome people.

we need at least 45 people to commit, for catered meal sat night. paypal by Friday September 4th $20.00 deposit or the full the $35.00 per person "ticket". paypal to heather.phillips@comcast.net please specify GOTR 3 deposit ticket or full. depending on how much can be sent by that date

This will pay for the deposit for the caterer, the balance will be due upon arrival (or sooner if you can).
So 45 is the magic number, we don't get it --- There is no caterer; and we fend for ourselves - (BYOF & BYOB);

So what are you getting for this??

Dinner - Catered on Saturday night.

We've found a company to do a Pig Roast on site for us it'll include:

Roast Pig , Chicken, Kielbasa, Pulled Beef , Two Side Dishes, Drinks & Beer and One Dessert.

The sides and dessert are TBD. Water, Beer & Soad/Pop a varity of each.. All the paper/plastic products, setup and tear down.

We get to keep all the left overs for breakfast on Sunday!

here are the specifics

The Place:
The Moreau Estate
270 Bruceton road, Markleysburg, PA 15459
(come on in the evening of the 3rd after 4:30 if you like and hang out thru Sunday till you have to leave)

The Plan:
Friday night - meet and greet.... bonfire... quality ale... camp out
Saturday -
Early morning coffee and cars, 10:00 - 50-60 mile drive through the Laurel mountains with a stop midway for lunch at Fireflies in Ohiopyle State Park.
5:00 - Catered dinner and quality ale, and other fine non nonalcoholic beverages as well.
Dusk - Bonfire & the rest is open to TBD
Sunday Morning Tear down / Clean up & Depart..
