News about the Thunderhill event
Today I was talking at length to Andrew Bennett, the event master of the Thunderhill event, and I got this news just fresh from the press: We will be running the full track on both days, not just on Sun, and the rear straight (turn 12 to 14 (there is no turn 13)) will be open for passing, too. The cone exercises will be held in the paddock area.
See you there!

Non-Audi cars are welcome also, as long as you join QCUSA (more)
I finally convinced a friend of mine (who was originally going to sign up for the Laguna Seca event on Saturday) to join us, even though he doesn't have an Audi.
He called Andrew, and was told that "it's okay, you can bring your car even if it's not an Audi"
So he's bringing his newly-acquired (stinkin' stock options!) Viper GTS. Can't wait to see it on the track, and he's been DYING to test the 1.0G lateral acceleration... If I'm nice to him, maybe he'll even give me a ride... I hope.
