Why was Audi not at the Baltimore Grand Prix?
Is Baltimore not important enough to warrant Audi participating in the ALMS at the Baltimore Grand Prix? Porsche, Ferrari, (even) Lotus were all there...

Audi only participates in the ALMS as part of the World Endurance Championship. This year for North America only the 12 hours of Sebring (which I went to in March) was part of that series. There are some private R8's (APR and another) in GrandAm. They do get factory support but are not considered factory teams.
In past years Road Atlanta was part of the World Endurance Championship, but not this year,
Come to Lime Rock in Connecticut 9/29 - there will be an APR Audi (maybe more)in the Rolex GrandAm final race and the Northeast ACNA club will have an Audi corral with hospitality. Join ACNA and come on up.
