Hi All, bought a 2.0 40TDI A7 my2020 in Aug last year.
The Dealer, after first service says it has a RMS leak. Anyone had this issue. Dealer won't provide evidence of what checks they done. Wondering if its a scam.

12month warranty with sale but they say it doesn't cover leaks, despite me saying the seal is a component of either or both the engine and transmission which are warranty covered.

Not a common fault from what I see.

Ps Dealer had to reimburse me €2k and give two free services, after I bought the car due to a misadvertised description. So are they looking to recoup this? Its a main dealer in north west Ireland. And they quote €2300 to repair RMS.
