Have the stock 22's, but was considering going 21's. That said, I don't want to "downsize" from the 285s that are on it now, I don't want any chance of rubbing under compression, and I don't want to mess with spacers and such.

My few questions for the experts out there:

What is the stock offset?
What is the max size I could go with 21" wheels and meet the above requirements?
What is the max size I could go with 22" wheels and meet the above requirements?
Any suggestions on wheel/tire combos?

I hear the Potenza RS71RS/RZs are great, but they don't make them in a compatible size at this time. The SportContact 7s have been pretty good so far. I love the Pilot Sport 4Ss on other street cars, but have seen them get torn up after one weekend on an S3...

I did some searching and reading existing threads but didn't really see these specific questions addressed (or I can't read). Please feel free to call me out and hit me with the link if there's an appropriate thread where this was addressed already.
