Could you guys modify the search so that you don't need search terms (i.e. "search for" field)?

Could you guys modify the search so that you don't need search terms (i.e. "search for" field)?
There are a lot of times that I'm looking for a post from a particular person with a link or a pic in a particular forum, but I don't remember exactly what was said. If I could list out that person's posts over a range of days, it would really improve the searching capabilities.
