I can't seem to remove my old profile picture

<--------------- Right here under my name is a picture of my old B8.5 S4. I tried uploading a picture of my new car and it shows in my user control panel, but I still get the old picture in forum posts. Next I went and deleted my profile picture entirely and yep it's still there. Help! I'm being haunted by the specter of my totalled S4!

But seriously, can you please look into this?

Maybe clear internet cache?

Do you see an image right now? The avatar should be deleted at this moment.
