I have asked, nicely, for my tech article, posted in the tech section, containing pictures taken by a third party, and copy written by me, about a repair I pioneered, to be taken down, about a dozen times now. No one from IB has responded, in any way, to repeated requests.

You've publicly notified them that you've terminated their non-exclusive license to use your content. Absent compliance on their part within a reasonable time, you want to consider your next step(s). I believe there are statutory penalties (among other remedies) for copyright violation, so you might consider getting some legal advice about that. Take screen shots of your requests in case they delete them and pretend they never happened. I think the cowards in charge here now are capable of anything.
