Scrubbing signatures
I'm going to be going through everyone's signatures and scrubbing them for valid HTML. An email will be sent to everyone who has had their signature changed in someway.
This means that if your signature contains invalid HTML, there may be some escaped HTML showing up in your signature and/or it may not work as you intended.
This is necessary since the old code didn't filter HTML correctly and as a result, many people's signatures are causing some problems on the forums.

Because it's difficult to do for little gain
It appears that most people don't know how to code HTML correctly. I had to write some code to parse the HTML people use and force it to be completely correct so it wouldn't screw up things.
Forcing valid nesting (like you would need for tables) is beyond the capability of the code.
Since the only major use I can think of right now is tables, I decided it wasn't worth it.
