I've had the "server may have been reset, blah, blah" about 20 times already.

I just noticed that too, I've submitted a tech ticket to the IT guys. when they eventually wake up, hopefully they'll fix it. Part of the joy of being part of a huge company like Internet Brands is, when one side of their business gets clobbered by problems, it hurts all of us. =(
