Default What's with the ad junk?

Pardon my French, but what's with the ad junk suddenly showing up in forum posts? Like mine here: https://www.audiworld.com/forums/edi...ost&p=24703611

Implies I endorse a product at times or that I inserted it since it is within body of post area, which is wrong to me

Edit: seems to migrate up to newest post/reply. Still faulty. Doesn't belong in user authored space (defined by the AW drawn on screen rectangles) in my opinion.

side note the placement of that tirerack add (at the top too far right) of the page is wreaking havoc on my iPad formatting the screen sizes correctly.

MP,

When I click your link I get this message.

JohnnyJ A6Q, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
1.Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2.If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

MP,

I figured I would try something because when I use my galaxy S5 to look at AW and I do not login, then there are ads all over the page, to a point of not being able to see anything, so I just logged out on my PC and all the ads appeared in every post, so maybe you logged out without knowing.

I'm logged in, on a Mac as usual. I see my user i.d. info in upper right. Ad appears after you submit the post/reply and then seems to disappear after you are no longer the newest reply. Saw it first in an another member's reply, which caused me to click to see what his supposed attachment was: Ad SPAM. Not a legit way to boost click/ad count either BTW.

Later edit: log out doesn't clear it either, just makes confusion that I am endorsing something worse w/ some additional header info that showed up in a Jag ad at least. Logging in after that left same ad right below text I type, and within the main rectangle defining a user's post/reply.

Firefox + AdBlock Plus (free) = no ads whatsoever. Except that annoying 'DON NGUYEN WILL TINT YOUR CAR EVEN THOUGH YOU LIVE 3000 MILES FROM HIM!"!

Blocked him but still see titles of his posts. I guess I could create a custom filter in AB+. I had to do that for Win-duhs sHotmail; I didn't even realize (i.e., had forgotten) they had ads until I saw it on my wife's PC. Makes my head swim (ADD issue, ahem)...

That said, I patronize AW vendors whenever possible. Over the years I've even found some vendors' links missing or outdated and called it to admin (Kris's) attention.

Can you please post a screen shot, so I can show the tech guys? I've had a few users mention ads, but I don't see them either..

Like this one...? It is happening on every most current/recent post on any forum I look at. This shows how it is right in the middle of the user post space and in between the main text and auto sig. No changes were made to my Mac, browser, OS when this changed suddenly the other day.

Thanks. I have a feeling someone set something up that I can't fix directly.. I've alerted the people who can, hopefully they fix it very soon. Sorry for the inconvenience!
