Join fellow Audi enthusiasts and owners for some camaraderie and “Green” competition to see who can navigate their Four Ringed chariot from a continental breakfast at Reeves Audi in Tampa to a cook out lunch at Suncoast Audi in Sarasota and in the process achieving best in class MPG. We are looking at numerous groupings based on model and engine size as we take the long way, including both the hard scrabbled then on to the “Platinum Coast” turquoise lapped shores of the Sunset Coast of Florida. April 10th is the date for this family tradition of a Saturday morning drive.


Since the A3 TDI’s is about as rare as a BMW in the DTM series, we only need one A3 TDI to fill that grouping and to run against the above figures. Match or beat the MPG and you will be a class winner and receive some goodies from one of our sponsors, Kirk of AoA. In all other cases, It requires two cars to create a class. Otherwise, there may be a little handicapping. The S8, which achieved 22.2 MPG at last year Audi Club of Florida Mileage Marathon, is looking for another V10 to run with. We already have one RS6


Reliable sources have reported that the “Green Police” will all be tied up at the Dunkin Donuts checking for Styrofoam cups. Do make sure you watch out for the pedestrian crossings and cyclists on the barrier islands since they have a tendency not to watch out for themselves.
