Anyone else in this boat? Why is it always such a struggle with these guys? Seriously.

My fav was Champion but I live to far away now. Forced to deal with Braman locally for warranty work. :/

On two occasions, (at two different Florida dealerships) my car went in for oil change and was dangerously overfilled. It was a good thing I routinely check the dip stick. I had to point out to these guys, the warning in the manual. They had no idea that overfilling the oil could cause damage to the cat convertors, and more. Needless to say, my car developed oil leaks. Several seals, gaskets, etc., had to be replaced. To their credit, one dealership absorbed the cost of repair. On another occasion the SAI pump went bad. They charge me to replace it. It was still making noise so I brought it back in. When I picked the car up it was quiet, but I saw months later they had disconnected the hose to the pump! I know, it sounds like I'm making this stuff up, but I'm not. I love Audi, but dealer service makes having one a nightmare.

I've responded privately to your request. I don't want to brand these guys in public, because in all fairness it may just have been my unlucky day and no deliberate intention on their part, ... 3 times, my unlucky day.
