Default Rear mount turbo project (turbo experts please look)

Ok so it's bugging me alot now. I have a 98 a6 2.8 quattro. needless to say the 200hp w/ 4k lbs isn't exactly my bag atm. however I have been looking into remote turbo's more and more and it seems like a great idea. I just have a few questions.

1) I would like to should for just 5psi atm. on a t3 sized turbo what model would be best (something in the .50 -.60 range?intake and exhaust ports?)

2)I have seen people run this low low boost without tuning. Not saying I would not have it tuned, however, would it be safe to run this at such low pressure and no tuning?

3) Fuel delivery as with most applications i am aware more power means more fuel, but how about in this situation? at 5 psi are bigger injectors really necessary?

I know I could just save up 1500$ and get an a6 4.2 with high mileage, or I can attempt this and broaden my automotive technical ability. And this project seems fairly straight forward. thanks for the help
