Default 10v turbo in a 4000Q

i have a 10v turbo from a 5000 in a 4000Q and i need to remove the intake manifold.
is this possible with the turbo still on?
what exactly is the procedure for this?
also anyone have pics of a 034 fuel rail on this motor?

You should be able to pull the IM. Kinda depends on how it's plumbed. Basically you need to remove the turbo to IM plumbing at a convenient point and then pop the IM.

The 034 fuel rail is for the 20V as far as I know. The 10V still uses the stock fuel distributor. Or I should say it might still use it.

Hi,
If you don't have a problem working in a situation where you can't see what you're doing, removing the intake manifold from this engine is not difficult. It has nothing to do with the turbo.
Why do you need to remove it?
