Default 10vt, and 20vt idle difference...
Why is that my urq sounds almost like a v8 at idle, and my urs4 sounds a smooth as a 6 cylinder?

Default Because the AAN was built starting in 1992, whereas the WX was first built in 1980...
AAN is much more advanced, even the newer 2.3L 10v's idle better than the WX, but not quite as nice as the 20v/20vt. They are not as rough WRT air pulses in both the intake and exhaust tracts.
