3B Valve Guide Question
 

Hello, I was wondering if anyone on here had experienced this. I am replacing the valve guides in my 3B 20v head. Well, as you know on the exhaust valves there is one washer per valve that sits under the spring seat. However the new valve guides i purchased have a little collar and the stock ones do not.

Has anyone experienced this? Do the washers go in between the collar and the head (under the VG collar) or in between the collar and the valve seal (above the collar)?

any help would be greatly appreciated.
