4000CS 07K Swap

Looking at an 07K swap for my 1986 4000CS. I have a few questions.

1.Is there anyone who has done it yet? If so can you please point me in their direction.
2. Is the 016 trans compatible with the 07K? AKA will it bolt on? If not, what is the reason?
