Can anyone tell me the best (cheapest) place to buy a replacement diverter valve for my 1994 S4. the part numbers are:

Audi # 034 145 710N Bosch # 0 280 142 114

Here is a great article about the diverter valves in our cars. They actually take them apart! This is the second article - the first had flow tests.

They recommend using the 710N diverter as best and cheapest option.
