'89 200 10v head job...valve cover gasket?

do i need a new valve cover gasket if im putting a newer head on my '89 200 TQ 10v...the snow is falling and i want my AWD

For the ~$20 it would cost for the gasket, you may as well.

Ever find the screws for the Diff-Pressure regulator?

All the 10V parts were moved upstairs and I'd like to keep them altogether if possible.
