Snag some heat deflection firewall material...
it comes in rolls and is very effictive and easy to work with. Thats what I had to use for my 4kTQ to keep the fender from transfering heat so much if u sat on the edge of the car ur **** was toast!
also wouldnt be a bad idea to duct a fresh airsource for the outside of the turbo (not just the intake)
