Does anyone know if it possible to import an RS2? Do the trade restrictions still apply?

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I did a research and it seems to be almost impossible. It would cos a lots of money, time, and at the end, it may not worth it.

I’m trying to find out a way got get an S2 (not avant) to the states for parts and rebuild an CQ.
