Default Repair harnass for multi function temp sensor?

Hello all,
I the wiring at my multi function temp sensor is in need of some work. I havent pulled the boot off completly yet, but theres definately some broken plastic in there. I thought I had seen a repair kit for the harnass some time in the past, but did some quick searching and came up empty. Has anyone else seen or heard of this, and whre can I get one?

Thanks in advance!

SJM Auto sells what you need, I had the exact same problem and they sent me the connector, pre-crimped with wire tails, and crimp connectors to wire it in, for $12
