Found a '91 200, but the guy won't price it to me yet. Said he had to talk to his dad first. Anyway I thought the engine might be of interest to someone and was wondering what an average price for the complete engine with turbo is. He may want too much for the car...so we'll see.

I've seen complete cars go for around $1k. I've run to go grab them but found myself way too late as a dozen people have alreayd beat me to it.

But online someone who knows what he has will sell a motor and/or ECU & wiring harness for anywhere from $2.5k to maybe $3.5k You see them on AudiFans for in that ballpark.

I just missed out on a 91 20vt with a new head from a shop in town that didn't know what they had. Guy bought it for $500! Would have fit my CQ nicely!
