A couple years back I got carded buying BBs when I was still in the Army. I told the clerk that I was qualified either marksman or expert on the following weapons systems: 9mm, M16, M249, M203, LAW, TOW, .50 Caliber, as well as C4 plastic explosives. I didn't feel like going back to the car for my ID but he wouldn't budge. BBs are just little balls of copper - no powder or anything!?!

weapons system that was in their unit. As platoon leader I had to qualify on everything in my Platoon plus I was the primary gunner on the .50 cal on my Armored Personnel vehicle. Shooting the .50 from the top of the track at night with tracers has to be one of the coolest testosterone laden things a man can do.
