where you get the reiger bumper and how much was paint/install

I might get rid of S4 bumper....and get rieger again

I got the bumper from RPI, the paint/install was covered by insurance (Since it was an accident)

The install was a PITA, no shops, in the area (bmore) have installed the rieger bumper so it took a while, but the shop finally figured it out. It came out really well though, better then even I or them expected.

Aces body and paint near bel air/aberdeen

as far as i know now the only shop that's ever installed a rieger rs4 for an a4. I called tons of places and no one in the area had done it before

haha..you think they'll ever install another one?

how'd they figure out the issues they had with it?

Absltgreek (Mafia) 08-08-2004 12:08 AM

Most of it was due to all the research and phone calls I made during the process

but they listened to my "proper" instructions of ripping out the collision bar from the original bumper and glueing it onto the rieger, as well as using screws in the ends to support the bumper into the fenders. All in all though, it came out awesome looking.

In terms of installations, the installer actually said now that he's actually done one and knows what the hell he needs to do to install it, he can do it much faster now and wouldn't be afraid to do another one

good deal..sounds like you might've given him a skill to add to his resume..
