Hey Roger can you help me out.

I have a question. As of yesterday, my 93 90 started acting up. When you turn it on, it doesn't come on right away. It sounds like the battery is going dead, but its not.Battery is good I cleaned the connectors and all. So, can it be the starter?
I got 155+ miles
