Default There are 3 main clubs in the area....

Audi Club NA-Potomac - the local chapter of the nationally recognized Audi club. It organizes track days, charity driving events, and tech sessions at local dealers.

CapitalAudi - the first of 2 independent Audi clubs. It organizes technical mod days, detail days, trips to Audi shows, and also drives in the countryside.

dcAudi - the second independent Audi club. After a 2 year hiatus, its coming back with social events... BBQ's, Sushi meets, mountain biking GTG's.

The original Audi club in the DC area was the Capitol Audi Club (CAC) back in 1996-99, but it's main members have since moved away.

Default Er, not to start anything but...

wasn't Omid's thing before CapAudi? I remember hanging w/Omid way back before I met you through Omid. I guess i just didn't know about CapAudi back then? I'm not trying to start anything. At my age, the memory ain't quite what it should be. :-P

Default Ah roger - I suggest a revision of truth: dcAudi is the original first independent Audi club....

You know better than that.

We also have other events besides the ones posted on the forums. Drives are still apart of our schedule.

Thanks.

Default Just an old guy that hangs around. :-P

No tako on Sunday. There's some beef between the bartender and one of the owners. :-\

Default Omid's thing was before CapitalAudi...

I wrote the clubs in alphabetical order... and wrote it as there being two clubs... CapitalAudi being the former, and dcAudi being the latter.
