Thanks to Zippy, timing belt replaced...
it was not a fun experience, and what should have been a relatively straight forward job turned into a nightmare...
started the job at around 10am Saturday morning at "Zippy's Performance Shop" and completed at 2am... why you ask?
well... we had everything completely put back together at around 4-4:30pm... topped off the coolant started the car sounded SOOO much better after new rollers/pulleys/tensioner... then we heard a strange noise, shut the car down and noticed the engine felt it had to make a #1, coolant leaking from the water pump. yep, we were so occupied by trying to get the new timing belt lined up on the correct teeth on the cams and crank we forgot to tighten the bolts on the water pump... got everything straightened out and put back together and viola no leaky waterpump, no strange sounds, car ran so much better...
I'm soooo glad I decided to do the job myself with help and not take it to a shop... was a great learning experience!
Now I'm back to hoping my turbos go soon so I can justify an ASP Stage 3 kit...
Much love goes out to Zippy, Walter and Ahmad for the help!!!

thats really nice of them, it'd be nice for someone to run me through CA n TRE install for my car
but cant seem to find anyone willing/knowing to do it with me =( will probably end up taking my car to Induktion like usual. they're asking a lot for the CA&TRE kit install so ill prob wait n save labor fees n get the shocks, springs, f+r SB and rear SB links put in all @ the same time. they do greeeat work and car always run like a effin champ when i get it back from them. they know whats up!

i've never done a CA or TRE but, with a good write up i'm sure it can be done...
after the holidays if you want to come down to Quantico base and use the hobby shop, I'd be game... Not the most knowledgeable guy out there but, I can turn a wrench... lol

<edit> Zippy is turning into the DIY High Priestess (since we already have a DIY queen :P )
She sent me pictures on how to hold my flywheel in place while I cranked down the flywheel bolts. 60 N-m plus 180 degrees takes some muscle!
<edit>
And no, I'm not going to call her princess for fear of getting my azz beat down.
