Thinking of selling my S4 - is the resale market totally crap these days b/c of gas prices?

Default no, because it's a ~6-8 year old car. if its not keeping you in debt, keep driving it. go stage 3

to make it a new/different car.

I have a 1998 civic for my 10 mile roundrip city commute - the S4 is underused.

great advice. if you arent in debt, go stage 3 so can go into debt. haha.

Default Engine displacement keeps increasing... SUVs keep getting bigger.

I don't think gas prices would affect the resale of a sporty 6 cylinder...

My 96' 5.2L Grand Cherokee on the other hand...

Can you send me specs of your car?

Which generation? B5 gets relatively good gas mileage for a high performance car...

2001 Model Year S4
Sedan
Black/Black
Maintenance record in chronological order. Its been to VIR twice and performed flawlessly.

Mileage: 75,000
Timing belt: Replaced ~68,000

Suspension: H&R street coilovers, still have stock suspention in a box.

Engine: Stock ECU used for 74,000 miles. Chipped (APR) ECU for <1,000 miles.
Upgrades - 710N BPV, upgraded TBB

Exhaust: AWE Twin II - about 4,000 miles on it

Other "upgrades":
- AWE Transmission Stabilizer Bar
- Euro headlights with city light LED modification
- RS4 brushed Aluminum side mirrors (still have OEM)
- M3 lip spoiler
- 35% tint
- toyguy Short shifter (still have OEM)
- Custom real carbon fiber interior trim (overlay - did it myself) (still have an OEM set, not the original set tho)
- Alcantara shift boot and shift ****
- Blitz turbo timer and boost gauge

I dont have a need for it - I feel bad for it, just sitting there...looking lonely.
