VAG-COM in the WI area?

Anyone in WI have a VAG-COM that could help me change some settings on my S5? I hate how the DRLs wink when turning. I've had people come up to me and tell me one of my lights was out. I'm willing to drive and pay a reasonable amount (beer or cash).
