Europarts had Euro lights available for severla different Audi models last time I called. The Euro lights are not Xenon, but they put out more light and it's much better focused. If I remember correctly, they were around $500 a set, depending on model. It's worth a try. I'd use the phone number and call though, rather than using E-Mail. Steve Schock is a great guy. I've done a lot of business with him.

On my '90 Coupe Quattro, replaced OE with the Euro Bosch H4 units. Requred an adapter to be made up to fit between the US harness and Euro light unit, but was well worth the trouble - FAR better light pattern (which I feel is the problem rather than wattage.
Try Blaufergnugen (sp) for units.
