Electrical problems on '89 100
Can someone please advice me on how to fix the following electrical malfunctions:<br> - Rear window defoger does not work.<br> - No action from the cruise control.<br> - Automatic climate control (buttons) works only some times (need to press the buttons several times).<br> - No heated seats!<p>My second half want me to fix it. If not, she'll demand to drive our A4 Avant . . . HELP!!!<br>Kjell

Firs thing I would suggest is fuses; look in the manual to see if there is one that affects all of these functions. Beyond this, am wondering if there is a common relay - from my old Coupe Quattro experience, i don't think so. <br>Don't know where fuses or relay panel is on your car - on Coupe, fuses were behind firewall, accessible thru engine ompartment. Relays were in outboard side of driver's footwell,
