Rough idling

To get the fault codes:
1) Drive the car for at least five minutes (do NOT shut the car off when you return home)
2) (With the car running) Insert a spare fuse in the fuel pump relay for about four seconds then remove fuse. (Fuel pump relay is located in the engine compartment fuse box....it's the only relay with a space on top to put a fuse)
3) Fault waring lamp (check engine light) in the instrument cluster will flash. Count the flashes and write them down. All codes will be four digits long, XXXX, and no number contained in the code will be higher than a four.
4) Once a code is recorded (write them down) insert a fuse in the fuel pump relay for four seconds and remove to move onto the next code.
5) Repeat until all codes have been giving. Once all codes have been given, CODE 0000 will be returned.....this is the light on for 2.5 seconds then off for 2.5 seconds.
6) This concludes the check of the ignition system. Repeat steps 4 & 5 to check the fuel injection system.
NOTE: Code 4444 means no codes are stored.
Write down your code(s) and let us know what you get!!
Good Luck!!
