Close call yesterday
I took my bike out for a test ride after changing out some parts and came very close to falling hard. I was riding on Rte 21 in NJ in the Passaic area. I came around a bend to find a mattress box spring halfway in the left lane (my lane) and middle lane. I just managed to avoid it but I got that bitter adrenaline taste in my mouth. Just a reminder to everybody, watch yourselves out there.

sheesh..i hear you.
I was out on sunday on RT 17 in NJ (im sure you know it) in the hackensack area heading home when a woman on her cell phone changes lanes almost right into me. I sped up to get around her, as another truck changed lanes only to discover a big chunk of truck tire tread in the middle of the road.
Another close one for me...safe riding out there all.

Almost hit a football sized rock the other day.
It was in the shadows, so I didn't see it until I was right on top of it. Didn't have any time to evasively maneuver. Luckily I missed it by a few inches. I was doing 70mph with a passenger in the forest. It would have been ugly
