Default Got a D&D carbon fiber slip-on!!!!!

I was finally able to get a pipe for my CBR F3! It's crazy loud!!! I think it's going to take some getting used to after riding with just the stock pipe for over a year. Here's a video!

D&D Slip-on video

Default D&D is in the top two loudest pipes you can buy.

I personally hate them...but I'm glad you like it : )

Default My bandit has a D&D on it from the PO....they SCREAM 'make me a stubby' if you ask me.

Sounds cool...

Default Arrow is actually one of my favorites...

...superb quality and always sounds great. Depends on the type of engine/bike and configuration (low mount, high mount, undertail, snub, etc.) but your Arrow probably isn't louder (unless it's a race baffle). Sound doesn't carry over too well on mpeg files like YouTube. I'll bet it's MUCH deeper sounding, though. That deep rumble is the characteristic I look for the most in an exhuast.

Default good point...i love that grumble of the v-twin, and i know i cant get it with a 4 banger...

...but the D&D isnt that impressive.

I was considering a stubby beowulf...your opinion?

Default it's on my gsxr 600

i have the Arrow Eurocup replica. It's basically a straight pipe. I love the sound and everyone i know loves it, but they all said it's damn loud. i got used to it.

Too bad it's all f-ed up now...crashed.

Default Which Bandit do you have?

600cc? Putting ANY stubby on that will result in nothing short of screaming. If it's the 600, there's not much you can do to get away from that. A high-mount is your best bet for reducing the shrill at the upper-RPM level. TBH, I like the scream of a 600...just not the open-pipe sound of a D&D or Wolf exhaust.

I haven't heard a Beowulf exhaust, but a lifetime guarantee on quality is pretty sweet! It might be worth a shot.

Default Lol...yeah, any of the exhausts that remove...

...the cat from underneath the Gixxers are redonkulousy loud. I'd probably still do it, though! Hopefully, you're courteous when riding with others and allow them to get in FRONT of you occaisonally =D Great pipe.

You must have a Power Commander on that thing, right? Are you using a downloaded Dynojet map? The map that came with the box? Custom?

Default i have the 1200. Its got a nice sputtery growl on the deceleration...but i feel it has more

throaty sounds buried deep in there at lower RPMs. I thought cutting a few inches off the can (or getting a stubby) might unlock a smidge of that.
